1.T~at he,as an Attorney at Law,prepared a Will
for one Na~Bie A.Derham,which Will was duly executed by said
Nannie A.Derhan under date of September 28th,1940.
2.The Executor named,George W.Derham,should have
been George Walter Derham,son of Nannie A.Derham.I personally
know that the intentions of the said Nannie A.Derham was to have
her son,George N.Derha~,to be the Executor of her said Will.
In drawing said Nill,I should have named GeDvge Walter Derham,
since the father's name is listed as George W.Derham,the same
as the son,George w.Derha~.
7his affidavit is made in order that the Register
of ~ills can distin6uish the son,George ~.Derham,named as
Executor,from the father,George

being'of sonnd 7nind.memor!J and u,nderstanding,do make and publish this my
la,st J;Vill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at c~ny time heretofore made.
1.I herby direct that all my just debts and funeral expen-
ses be paid as soon as posible after my death.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my Estate,Real,Personal
and Mixed,to my husband George W.Derham;if my husband George W.
Derham should die before my decease,it is my Will and I hereby
direct that my Estate be distributed ih the following manner,to wit;
(a)I give,devise and bequeath one fourth (t)of my
Estate to Roberta Christian,a daughter;one fourth (t)to my Son
George ivalter Derham;one fourth (t)to my Son Samuel Roy Derham and
One (t)to the Children of my deceased Son,Lee Oliver Derham,their
heirs and assigns,share and share alike.
(b)Exceptinf.out "of Sec~A"as above noted I give,devise
ane be~ueath the 18 Shar~s of Stock of the Ist.National Bank of Can-
onSburc,Fa.,as follows,t \wit,9 shares of said Stock to George
~alter Derham,my son and the other 9 Shares of Stock to my son Sam-
