LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JAMES ANKRUM,of Coal Center,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM I:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may conveniently be done follow-
ing my decease.
ITEM II:I direct my Executor hereinafter named to convert into
cash all of my estate,real,personal and/or mixed,and I hereby authorize my
said Executor to execute such deed or deeds or other documents of conveyance
as may be necessary for the passing of title to the purchasers thereof.
ITEM III:I give,devise and bequeath all of my net estate to the
following persons,in equal shares or proportions;namely,GARY PERECKO of
Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania;JOHN GEORGE,JR.,of Monongahela,
Washington-iliunty,Fennsylvania;and JOHN .ALAN DOMBROWICKI,of Pittsburgh,
Allegheny County,Pennsylvania.
ITEM IV:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my friend,
JAMES C.BANE,of \>lashington,'Y"ashington County,Pennsylvania,as the Executon
of this my Last Will and Testament.
