LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF VICTOR GREGONIS
I,VICTOR GREGONIS,of Box 244,Coal Center Borough,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,pUblish and declare the following to
be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any Will or Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of Three
Hundred and no/100 ($300.00)Dollars to my son,JOHN GREGONIS,free
and clear of all death and succession taxes.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever type or nature,real,personal or mixed,and
wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my three (3)
children,namely,JOHN GREGONIS,son;IDA GREGONIS SCHLANSER,
daughter;and VIOLET GREGONIS RABIN,daughter;to be theirs solely
and absolutely,share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
son,JOHN GREGONIS,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,VICTOR GREGONIS,have hereunto
set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,typewritten
~on two (2)sheets of paper on this ~day of OctOber,1958.
