LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,NETTIE ALSTON,of Finleyville,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and
revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts,funeral expenses and costs of administration as
soon as possible after my death.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real or personal,I give,devise and bequeath the same unto
William B.Barnette,Jr.and Gladys D.Barnette,his wife,or
to the survivor of either of them.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint William B.
Barnette,Jr.to be the Executor of this my Will,and direct that
he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in
which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament this 20th day of November,1962.
