publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I direct that all my estate,real and personal,be divided into
thirteen equal shares which are to be divided among my twelve children and my
daughter in law,Sophie Gembarosky,so that each receives one-thirteenth of my
estate.
Third.The debt in the amount of $1,400.00 owed to me by my son,Joseph,
is an asset of my estate.In the event it has not been paid to me,this amount
will be deducted from his share.
Fourth.I authorize my executors to sell any or all real estate I may own.
