LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ADA MAY AMOS
I,AD MAY AMOS,a resident of the Borough of Bentleyville,
Wa.shington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
hereby revoke all wills and codieils,as well as all instruments
of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me and do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in
manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and testa-
mentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter named,
as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,persona.l and mixed,of whatever nature and where-
soever situate,which I may own or hav the right to dispose of at
the time of my death,unto my husband,CLYDE R.AMOS.If he should
predecease me or should die a.t the same time that I should die,
then and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath the said
property unto my son,KENNETH R.AMOS,and my daughter,VIRGINI B.
CROW,in equal proportions,share and share a.like,subject however,
to the payment by them unto CYNTHIA L.CIZMEK of the sum or
Two Hundred Firty ($250.00)Dollars and unto DARRYL G.CIZMEK of
the sum or Two Hundred Firty ($250.00)Dollars.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,my son,
KENNETH R.AMOS,Executor or this my Last Will and Testament.
