LAST ~ILL OF M.T.GRIMES
I ..,()j
I.M.T.GRIMES,being of sound mind and memory do make and publish
this my last will and testament revolking all former wills made by me.
FIRST.
It is my will and desire that all of my just debts and the expenses
of my last illness and funeral be rirst paid out of my estate.
SECOND.
I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Grimes the N.E.i
of Section Twenty Four (24),Township Seventy One (71),Range 23 to have
and to hold,use,occupy and receive the rents and profits therefrom
during her lifetime and at her death it is my will and desire that
the same shall become the property and vest in my son W.F.Grlmes.
I also will and bequeath to my wife Margaret Grimes all of my interest
in oil stock,oil lands,oil and coal leases and rights and all
personal property including household goods.
THIRD.
I will and bequeath to my son Charles F.Grimes the S.W.!and
the West one hundred acres of the S.E.!and the East One hundred
acres of the N.W.!all in Section Twenty Eight,Township 71,Range
22 containing 360 acres to have and to hold,use,occupy and receive
the rents and profits therefrom ~uring his lifetime.At his death
it is my will and desire that the 360 acres of land described in
paragraph three become the property of and vest in the children born
to Charles F.Grimes and should he have no children then it is my
will and desire that the land described in paragraph three become on
the death of Charles F.Grimes the property of and vest in Margaret
Grimes Wayt,W.F.Grimes and Mary Grimes Uhl share and share alike.
Fourth.
I will and bequeath to m~_daughter Margaret Grimes Wayt the
South Ninety acres of the S.E.!of Section Twenty Four,Township
71,Range 23 containing 90 acres more or less.I also will and be-
queath to my daughter Margaret Grimes Wayt $2000.00.

FIFTH.
I will and bequeath to my son W.F.Grimes all of my land lying
North of the C.B.&Q.R.R.in the S.E.t of Section (24),Township 71,
Range Twenty Three,and the N.E.t of the S.E.t and the S.E.t of the
N.E.i of Section (13),Township (71),Range (23).
S,ixth.
I will and bequeath to my daughter Mary Grimes Uhl the North
one-half of the N.E.t and three acres in the North East corner of
the S.W.t of the N.E.t all in Section (30),Township (71),Range
(22)and the South one-half of the S.E.t of Section (19),Township
(71),Range 22 containing 163 acres more or less.
Seventh.
It is my will and desire that my real estate which I own in
Appanoose County Iowa be sold at my death.
It is my will and desire that my wife Margaret Grimes and My
son W.F.Grimes be appointed Executors of this my last will and that
they be not required to give bond.In the event that my wife Margaret
Grimes mould die before I do then it is my will and desire that my
daughter Margaret Grimes Wayt serve as executrix in my wife's place.
