I,Nancy W.Cook,of the boroti.gh of Washington,Ilashington
County,PelIDsylvania,make this my last will and testament,hereby
revoking any other wills by me at any time heretofore made,namely:
I direct my just debts,funeral expenses,&c.to be paid
first out of my estate.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Margaret R.smith the
sum of fifty (50.00)dollars,and vO my grandson John Willard Clark
the sum of three hundred (300.00)dollars.
All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,of which I shall die seized
and possessed,I give,devi ee and bequeath in equal shares to my two
daughters,Margaret R.Smith and Maud E.Clark.But in case my
daughter l~argaret should die before Maud,leaving no children,the
interest on what money and estate she shall receive under the fore-
going bequest shall go to my daughter Maud for and during her natural
life,but the principal llargaret Can dispose of by will or otherwise
as she shall see fi t,to take effect at ~_aud's death;and if my
daughter Laud should die before 11argaret,leaving no children,then
the interest on what oney and estate she shall receive under the fore-
going bequest shall go to my daughter Margaret for and during her
natural life,but the principal Laud can dispose of by will or other-
wise as ahe shall see fit,to take effect at Margaret's death.
I appoint my two daughters Margaret R.Smith and Uaud E.
Clark to be the executrioeo of this my will.
In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto Bet my hand and seal
this 12th day of December,1918.
