LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

J.PLVIN DINSMOFE
I,J.ALVIN DINSMORE,of Canton Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all other Wills by me at
any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after
my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all my property of every
kind,real,personal or mixed and wherever the SEme may be situate,
to my son,J.Mal colm Dinsmore,sub j ect,however,to the PEW ment
by my said son to my sister,Adeline Dinsmore of the sum of One
I Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars,payable,without interest,in five
annual instEllments of Two Hundred ($200.00)Dollars each,the
fir~t installment to be paid within one year of the date of my
deeth,with the priVilege to my son to anticipate the payments if
he so desires.
3.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my said
son,J.Malcolm Dinsmore,of Canton Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testamen •
