FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as convenient after my decease by my Executor,hereinafter named. SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,real, personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto my eight children,namely:Marietta Patterson,R.alter Clark,Hannah Brehm,Ruth E.Clark,George Clark,Aaron Clark,Anna Dora Neebling and Savilla B.Miller,spare and share alike. THIRD.It is my will and I hereby authorize and em- power my Executor hereinafter named,to sell my home place,con- taining about three acres,more or less,situate in Peters Town- ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,as well as the house and lot which I own in the Village of Thompsonville,containing about two acres,more or less,either at public or private sale or sales,at such time or times,and upon such terms and conditions as he may deem proper,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same,without liability for the application,non-applica- tion or misapplication of the purchase money and to distribute the money received from the sale of said real estate among my eight children,above named,share and share alike.
