I,Philip J.Appolonia,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I d rect that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I g ve,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,
Julia B.Appolonia.Should my said beloved wife predecease me or
should we both die in a common accident or at the same time,then
in such event,I give,devise and bequeath the same unto our
I beloved children,Joett Appolonia,Philip Appolonia,Jr.and Denis

Appolonia,share and share alike,and to be equally divided among
them.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife,
