Testament,and revoke all Vvills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real
or personal and wherever situate,to my wife,Henrietta W.Glunt,
her heirs and assigns forever.
2.In event my wife should die before me or as a result
of a COMnon disaster within ninety (90)days from the date of my
death,then I give,devise qnd bequeath all of my estate,real or
personal and wherever situate to my children,David L.Glunt,Jr.
and I\aude Ann Glunt,share and share alike,their lleirs ano.assigns
forever.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Henrietta •Glunt,to be B.xecutrix of this my "1111,and I direct
that she shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdiction
in which she may act.
4.In event my wil'e should die before me then I appoin
my son,David L.Glunt,Jr.to be Executor of this my Viill,and I
direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which he may act.
