JOSEPHINE APPOLONIA
I,Josephine Appolonia,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:To my beloved grandchildren Denise Appolonia,
Joett Appo10nia and Phillip Appolonia,Jr.,I give,devise and
bequeath my Government Bonds amounting to the sum of Three Thousan
~$3,OOO.OO)Dollars.
THIRD:To my beloved grandson,Phillip Appolonia,Jr.,
and my beloved daughter-in-law,Julia Appolonia,I give,devise
and bequeath my house (having a barber shop)and real estate,
located at 126 West Ma n Street,Second Ward of the City of
Monongahela.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed'of whatsoever nature and whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter
in-law,Julia Appolonia and my beloved grandchildren,Denise
Appolon:1.a,Joett Appol.6nia and Phillip Appolonia,Jr.,share and
share alike and to be equally divided among them.
FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint Julia Appolonia
as the executirx of this my Last Will and Testament.
