SIXTH:I do hereby give and devise all that certain tract of land situate on Spruce Avenue in the Second Ward of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania, which was purchased by me from Hyman L.Pinsker and Ernest G. Alexas,to my nephew,George N.Georgopolos,a two-thirds interest and to my God-child,Benetos Iannow Gavalas,a one-third inter- est.It is my desire that my God-child Benetos Iannow Gavalas use the proceeds of his share of the real estate to further his education in a college or university. SEVENTH:I do further direct that my nephew, George N.Georgopolos pay to my brother,Alexander J.Gavalas, for his support and maintenance,the sum of twenty-five ($25.00) dollars per month,as long as the said Alexander J.Gavalas shall live;the said payments to begin one (1)month after my death. EIGHTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever the same may be found,I give and bequeath to all my legatees herein mentioned, to be divided equally between them,share and share alike.
