I,ROBERT W.DAVIS,of the City of Washington,Washingto County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time made. 1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently possible. 2.I hereby direct and authorize my executor,or executors,or either of them,hereinafter named,to sell all my real estate,as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease,and to convey the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof.The proceeds of the sale of said real estate I declare and direct shall be oonsidered and-disposed of as oonstituting a part of my personal estate.There shall be no obligation upon the purchasers of my real estate to see to or be responsible for the application of the purchase money. 3.I give and bequeath the net income of my estate to my wife,Maggie Boon Davis,during her natural life,and I further direct and authorize my executor,or exeoutors,or either of them,to expend from the principal of my estate whatever sums shall be neoessary to prOVide for and maintain my said wife during her lifetime. 4.The balance of my estate of whatever desoription and whereve situate,following the death of my said wife,I direct be divided into five equal parts,Which I give and bequea th to the following persons: To my daughter,Mary Spriggs Davis Andrews,or •• Washington,Pennsylvania,R.D.6,an undivided one-fifth part. To my son,Walter Weirich Davis,of Painesville, Ohio,an undivided one-fifth part. To my son,Robert Wiley Davis,of the City of Washington,Pennsylvania,now an officer of the armed forces of the United states,an undivided one-fifth part. To the children of my deceased daughter,Susannah Davis Culbertson,namely,James B.CUlbertson,of Washington, Pennsylvania,R.D.No.5,and Margaret Culbertson Trembour,of the City of Pittsburgh,pennsylvania,R.D.No.8,an undivided one-fifth part,to be divided equally between them.
